The State Grid Shandong Branch's 2025 Training Course on Autonomous Operation and Maintenance of Functional Valves Successfully Concluded.

From September 22 to 26, 2025, the Shandong Branch of the National Pipeline Network organized a group of 35 personnel from its affiliated production and operation units to attend our company for a five-day "2025 Annual Functional Valve Autonomous Maintenance Training Course," focusing on learning and hands-on training.
During the learning and training sessions, Chongqing Kete’s design engineers provided detailed theoretical explanations on water-hammer relief valves, axial-flow check valves, DBB rotary plug valves, and axial-flow control valves, covering daily operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of common issues. Meanwhile, Chongqing Kete’s production engineers conducted professional and thorough hands-on demonstrations using actual equipment in the workshop. All participants were then divided into small groups to practice disassembling and reassembling various valve models, as well as conducting water-hammer simulations.
Through four days of theoretical and hands-on training, the participants gained a more intuitive and in-depth understanding of water-hammer relief valves, axial-flow check valves, DBB plug valves, and axial-flow control valves—and successfully passed the theoretical and practical assessment held on September 26. This training session strengthened communication, mutual understanding, and trust between Chongqing Kote and the National Pipeline Network, further enhancing Kote's strong reputation within the industry.
