From December 4 to 5, 2023, experts from Wuhan University, Yangtze River Commission Design Institute, Yellow River Commission Design Institute, Gansu Water Conservancy Institute, Inner Mongolia Water Conservancy Design Institute, Xinjiang Water Conservancy Institute, Sichuan Water Development Design Institute, Yunnan Water Conservancy Institute, Zhejiang Water Conservancy Institute, Liaoning Water Conservancy Institute, Jilin Water Conservancy Institute and other experts held an expert consultation meeting on "technical conditions of water conservancy axial flow check valve" in Lijiang, the company's general manager, chief engineer, technology development department Yan Mingchuan, business sales department Wang Chen and other participants.

On December 5, the participating expert group arrived at the project site 150 kilometers away from Lijiang and investigated the application scenarios of axial flow check valves (DN1000 PN40, DN800 PN63) in the first and second phases of Lijiang Rudila water resources comprehensive utilization project in central Yunnan supplied by Chongqing Kete, and fully communicated with the staff of the water pumping station.
